Watch out for these Carpet Cleaning Ripoffs!

Basic Clean

This is my most basic clean, but it is still more than a lot of quickie cleaners will give you. Note that these are the same as the Deep Clean, but without vacuuming or agitation. Make sure that anyone cleaning your home performs at least these steps:

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as discussing any concerns you may have.

Step 2: Pre-spray

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.


Step 4: Soil Extraction and Rinse

The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful hot water extraction system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue.

Step 5: Neutralizer

Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.

Step 6: Post-Cleaning Inspection

I will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
