I recognize that not everyone needs or wants to Deep Clean their entire carpet. My Basic Clean is available for just that reason. The Basic Clean is the equivalent most steam cleaners' "standard" clean: I put down a hot Preconditioning Agent, and I perform hot water extraction with a pH-balancing Rinsing Agent.
My Ultimate Clean has the same cleaning steps as the Deep Clean, but with the added service of furniture moving, fan drying and post-grooming.
I will make my recommendations when I perform the Pre-Inspection, but you will make the final call as to which process I perform in which rooms. It is fine with me if you want to have some rooms Ultimate Cleaned or Deep Cleaned, and some rooms Basic Cleaned. This is a good way to meet a pre-determined budget

$16 per linear foot ($18 per square foot for natural fibers)
