Fiber Clean operates on a “fair pricing” model on the following principles:
- No bait and switch: This industry is filled with operators who advertise a very attractive price, but have no intention of honoring that price. With Fiber Clean, the price advertised is the price you pay.
- No pressure sales: I will make my recommendation, tell you your options, then let you make your choice. I realize that you are the best judge of your own needs.
- Exact price is quoted up front: I will never charge you more than quoted.
Prices
- Deep Clean: 50c per square foot wall to wall, unless you don’t need furniture moved, in which case it’s 40c psf and subtracting furniture from square footage. Stairs $3.50 each
- Standard Clean: 25c per square foot. Does not include furniture moving, but furniture is subtracted from square footage. Stairs $2/each
- Scotchgard: 15c psf
- Furniture: synthetics: sofa $129, loveseat $99, Chair $59, dining chairs $15. Natural fibers need to be quoted in person.
- Urine remediation: $49 for the first 5 square feet (first 5 feet free on a job that’s over $200), after that the price varies considerably depending on circumstances. Urine Remediation must be quoted in person–please call for a free quote.
- small repair $75, larger usually $125, job minimums apply.
Discounts (can be combined)
- 10% discount for empty (no furniture) houses.
- 10% discount when square footage exceeds 1000 square feet.
- 15% “Neighborhood Discount” program. If a client lines up additional neighbors that can all be done back-to-back in one day every home owner gets a 15% discount off my normal pricing.
